Due to the instant delivery of proprietary digital research materials, the immediate reservation of executive calendar slots, and the customized human labour involved in academic writing outsourcing, all purchases on Tour Doctus are strictly non-refundable once payment is completed via Credo.
1. Digital E-Books, Blueprints & Toolkits
Upon successful server verification of your Credo payment, our infrastructure instantly generates a time-bound cryptographically signed download URL granting full access to private PDF/DOCX files. Because digital files cannot be revoked or returned once transmitted, all e-book sales are final and non-refundable. Each purchase includes an allowance of up to 5 download attempts.
2. Academic Writing Services (Pay-on-Completion Guarantee)
To protect our academic clients from upfront financial exposure, Tour Doctus operates a free brief intake process. No payment is requested during Stages 1 through 4. Clients collaborate, submit supervisor feedback, and inspect milestone progress with zero payment obligations.
Payment is only required at Stage 5 (Completed — Ready for Download) after the research faculty has fully written and uploaded the completed manuscript. Once the client verifies and completes the Credo transaction to unlock the manuscript, that payment is permanent, non-refundable, and non-disputable.
3. 1-on-1 Strategic Consultations
Selecting a consultation slot places an exclusive 15-minute soft hold on that calendar time, converting into a permanent lock upon Credo verification. Because that slot is removed from public availability and reserved exclusively for the client, cancellations do not qualify for cash refunds. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the session start time by contacting editorial support.
4. Self-Issued Tourism Tickets & QR Passes
Digital tourism vouchers and conservation trail passes generate unique verifiable cryptographic booking tokens immediately upon payment. Vouchers are non-refundable once issued but remain valid for entry across the dates specified on the ticket face.
5. Defective Files & Technical Support
If a purchased digital file fails to stream or exhibits file corruption, the Administrator will rectify the asset or reset your download cap within 24 hours of notification via our contact form or lookup desk.
